⚗️ How to Use

Peppermint — Peppermint tea is the most accessible preparation: steep 1–2 teaspoons of dried leaves (or a handful of fresh leaves) in hot water for 5–10 minutes. Drink after meals to support digestion and relieve bloating. Enteric-coated peppermint oil capsules are clinically used for IBS and should be taken between meals. For headache relief, dilute 1–2 drops of peppermint essential oil in a carrier oil and massage into the temples and forehead. For respiratory support, add a few drops to a bowl of hot water and inhale the steam with a towel over your head. Avoid applying the essential oil near infants' faces.

Safety & Cautions

May worsen GERD/acid reflux. Essential oil should not be applied near the face of infants.
