Yes. Our refund policy offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email support@greenbiebooks.com with your order number and we will process your request, usually within 1 to 3 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, the money typically appears within 3 to 7 business days.

After checkout, your book is available in your GreenBieBooks account under Dashboard, then My Library. Your confirmation email also helps you find your order.

Most books come as a PDF, and some also come as an EPUB. PDF opens on almost any device, and EPUB suits e-readers. The formats are listed on each book page, and you can filter by format in the shop.

For your security, download links expire after 24 hours. You can always get a fresh link by signing in and opening Dashboard, then My Library. If you still cannot download your book, contact us and we will help.

Yes. Once you have downloaded a book you can read it offline in any PDF viewer, or in an EPUB-compatible reader for EPUB files.

Ebooks are sold with a personal, non-transferable licence for your own use. Please do not share or resell them. If someone you know would enjoy a book, they can buy their own copy.

GreenBieBooks is an independent publisher with two worlds. GreenBie Kids is for illustrated stories, colouring and activities for children. GreenBie Wellness is for practical herbal and natural-living guides for adults.

Not yet. New GreenBie Kids titles are in development, and we do not list a book before it exists. The GreenBie Letter is the first place we share news about new stories.

If you are new to herbs, the beginner books and the Pocket Herbal Guide are good places to start. You can browse them in the shop, look up plants in the free Herb Glossary, or read free articles in the Journal first.

Yes. You can delete your account from Dashboard, then Profile. Deleting it removes your access to the books you bought, so download them first.
