⚗️ How to Use

Lavender — For aromatherapy, add 3–5 drops of essential oil to a diffuser or mix with a carrier oil (like jojoba or coconut) for topical application — never apply undiluted essential oil directly to skin. Lavender tea is made by steeping 1–2 teaspoons of dried flowers in hot water for 8–10 minutes; it is mild and pleasant for relaxation and sleep. A sachet of dried lavender placed near your pillow is a gentle sleep aid. Lavender-infused oil can be applied to temples for headache relief. For skin healing, diluted lavender essential oil (2–3% concentration) is applied to minor burns, insect bites, or irritated skin.

Safety & Cautions

Essential oil should always be diluted before topical use. May cause skin irritation in sensitive individuals.
