⚗️ How to Use

Echinacea — Echinacea is most effective when taken at the first signs of a cold or infection. Tea can be made by simmering 1–2 teaspoons of dried root in water for 10–15 minutes; leaves and flowers can be steeped for 10 minutes in hot water. Tincture is one of the most potent forms — 2–4 ml taken 3 times daily during illness. Capsules (300–500 mg) are a convenient alternative. Most herbalists recommend taking Echinacea for short bursts of 7–10 days rather than continuously, to preserve its immune-stimulating effect.

Safety & Cautions

Not recommended for people with autoimmune conditions. May interact with immunosuppressant drugs.
