⚗️ How to Use

The most popular preparation is a simple tea: steep 1–2 teaspoons of dried chamomile flowers in hot water (not boiling) for 5–10 minutes, then strain. Drink 1–3 cups daily for relaxation, digestive support, or better sleep. Chamomile can also be used as a skin rinse or compress for inflammation and minor wounds by allowing a strong brew to cool before applying. Chamomile essential oil or cream is used topically for skin soothing. For anxiety and sleep, a cup taken 30 minutes before bed is most effective.

Safety & Cautions

May cause allergic reactions in people allergic to ragweed. Avoid during pregnancy in large amounts.
