⚗️ How to Use

Astragalus is traditionally prepared as a long-simmered decoction: add 15–30 g of dried root slices to 3–4 cups of water, simmer for 45–60 minutes, strain, and drink throughout the day. It is commonly added whole to soups and broths in Chinese cooking, then removed before eating — think of it like a bay leaf. Capsules and tinctures are also available. For immune support, it is typically used in cycles of several weeks.

Safety & Cautions

Avoid with immunosuppressant medications.
