⚗️ How to Use

Ashwagandha root is most commonly consumed as a fine powder mixed into warm milk, honey, or smoothies — a traditional preparation called ksheer paka. Capsules and standardized extracts (typically 300–600 mg daily) are widely available for convenience. For a classic adaptogenic tonic, simmer ½ teaspoon of root powder in a cup of warm milk for 10 minutes, sweeten lightly, and drink before bed. Ashwagandha tinctures can also be added to water or juice. It is best taken consistently for 4–8 weeks to notice adaptogenic benefits, and always start with a low dose.

Safety & Cautions

May interact with thyroid medications. Not recommended during pregnancy. Start with low dose.
